Incorporating Equity and Inclusion as Core Principles of Service Design.

A March 2025 review of 68 health system reforms identified a median of 10 strategies to promote equity. The authors emphasized accountability, commitment, power sharing, and adaptability as key strategies to advance equity-focused initiatives. The findings of this scoping review highlight the importance of embedding equity-based models in policy frameworks. They are crucial to effecting significant change in health systems.
